Ingredients

2 cups pomegranate juice

1 1/2 cups organic sugar or quality honey

10 slices of fresh ginger

Directions

In a medium pot, place all the ingredients and bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce and simmer 1-2 minutes and removed from the heat and let it cool completely.
Remove the ginger and transfer to a glass jar. It can last up to a month in the fridge.
