1 to 2 pounds of organic tomatoes (3-4 medium tomatos)
1-2 garlic cloves; minced
4-5 tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper; as much as you like
Organic basil leaves (optional but recommended)
Crushed pepper flakes (optional)
Teaspoon or organic maple syrup (optional)
Grate the tomatos or pulse in food processor as chunky or smooth as you like. If you’re using a knife, squeeze the tomatoes with your hands (fun part) and then chop to your liking.
