St. Patty’s day is perfect to make and enjoy this easy, refreshing, and delicious green minty and chocolaty milkshake. You can also use any of your favorite ice cream, dairy free and vegan.

Try making homemade whipped cream that is easy, delicious, cheap, and healthy. Store bought ones are full of high fructose corn syrup, chemicals, preservative, and other harmful ingredients that are unhealthy and high in calories and bad fat.

 

 Ingredients
3 cups of mint chocolate chip ice cream; preferably organic
1 ½ organic almond milk or organic whole milk

Optional
Organic whipped cream; store bought or homemade
Chopped nuts for topping
Chocolate shavings for topping

Directions
Place the ice cream and milk in a blender and mix.
Add your favorite toppings

Homemade Whipped Cream
1 cup of organic heavy or whipping cream
2 tablespoon organic sugar or agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions
In a stand mixer or using a hand held mixer, place the heavy cream or whipping cream and mix on high for 3-5 minutes until soft peak forms. Add the sugar and the vanilla, if desired, and mix until fully incorporated.
