This easy, delicious, quick, and healthy noodle dish will hit the spot any time of the day or night. Make a big batch of the noodles and chill out, relax, turn on your favorite TV show or movie, and enjoy!
1/3 cup soy sauce or tamari
You can substitute mirin with dry sherry, sweet marsala, rice vinegar, or dry white wine.
1 tablespoon toasted or regular sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon honey (real )
Noodles or Pasta of your choice
Ex: Buckwheat, linguini, somen, udon, etc.
Baby arugula or spinach or mixed greens
Hot sauce of your choice
Cilantro or parsley (chopped)
Make the pasta/noodles by following the package directions.
In the meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
Drain the pasta/noodles well in lukewarm water.
In a large bowl, mix the noodles with the sauce and toss thoroughly.
Add the greens and sprinkle with some sesame seeds, hot sauce and/or chopped herbs (optional).
