This is a gluten free, vegan, low sodium, low cal, healthy, easy, and yummy alternative to eggnog that doesn’t require any stove work and you can have it any time of the day or night. Just place everything in a blender, mix, and it’s done.

 

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup unsweetened organic almond, soy, or coconut milk.
2 frozen or fresh organic bananas
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Pour into your favorite mug or glass and enjoy. Cheers!
