This is one of the world’s easiest and healthiest desserts in the world and it’s a quick solution for dessert for any occasion for anyone at any age.
This is also a great way to sneak in both your fruit and chocolate fix. The fruits are a source of vitamin C, fiber, potassium, magnesium, copper, and B6, and the dark chocolate gives you a boost of antioxidants to fight just about everything. So make this with your family, friends, or just yourself and satisfy your sweet craving while empowering your body and letting chocolate make everything all right.  Oh yeah.

Ingredients

Fruits of your choices such as bananas, grapes, apples, berries, melons, etc.
1-2 ounces of dark chocolate (at least 70% and preferably organic)
Wooden Skewers (optional)
Nuts (optional)

Directions

Chop up your favorite fruits into bite size and place them in individual bowls.
Place the dark chocolate over a double boiler with simmering water until it is fully melted or in a microwave on high for about a minute.
Then drizzle the dark chocolate over the fruits as little or as much as you want. Sprinkle some chopped nuts of your choice (optional) and devour.

Skewer Fruits

Line a baking sheet or a big dish with parchment paper.
Skewer the fruits; alternating with different ones.
Drizzle the melted dark chocolate and let it rest in room temperature for 5 minutes before eating them.
