Chai and Hemp Latte
This vegan, gluten free, and empowering drink will help soothe your body to prevent and fight the flu, as immune builders such as cinnamon and ginger fight the virus, and omega 3 rich hemp seeds and cashews give you energy and nutrients, so you can continue or get back to your life and 2018. This latte is easy, fast and healthy, of course!

Organic Ingredients Preferred
1 cup water
1-2 chai tea bags
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar to taste
1-2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
1 tablespoon unsalted regular or roasted cashews
Steep chai tea bags in hot water for about 10 minutes.
In the meanwhile, combine all the other ingredients in a blender and run it for about 2 minutes until it’s nice and smooth. In your favorite mug, pour the blended drink with your chai tea. You can sprinkle some cinnamon and hemp seeds, and sip slowly and let it heal and warm your whole body.
