This healthy and yummy snack can be eaten alone or put into soups or used as a side dish. It has practically no calories and super easy to make with just a few ingredients.


Ingredients

Organic firm tofu
Tamari or organic soy sauce
Sesame seeds (optional)
Scallions (optional)

Directions

Place a kitchen towel on a plate. Place the tofu and put a heavy pot or pan on top to drain some of the liquid from the tofu; about 5-10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the tofu into bite sizes.
Place the tofu on a sheet pan and sprinkle tamari/soy sauce; giving it a gentle toss with your hands.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Let it cool and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and/or scallions if you prefer. Enjoy!
